BULLS 2022 SEASON COMES TO AN END

The EnviroNZ Bulls have taken another massive step forward in their history, achieving higher win record and only missing out on play-offs by two wins. Right up until the last two games of the season, the Bulls had a chance to sneak into the play-off picture. But the fairy tale ended after the Bulls were defeated by the tough Southern Swing, losing both close. Sharks by 4 and Otago in Overtime.

Injuries woes were again a major factor with award winning New Zealand Guard Corey Webster sidelined by the back injury and US guard Giddy Potts unavailable due to a knee injury. Jayden Bezzant also wasn't available for the Sharks Encounter, due to Tall Black duties.

"The boys battled, fought every step of the way. The Southern swing is always tough and we unfortunately we couldn't get the job done on the road. Just missing out on playoffs is tough on our players and staff, but one thing is for certain... we'll be back better, stronger and ready to take on 2023". Says General Manager Scott Kelso.

With the season ending the EnviroNZ Bulls would like to acknowledge our partners, members and fans for all the support this year. We have the best whanau in the league and we can't wait to get 2023 underway.
